The three property buildings have roofs that can be turned into panoramic terraces, some with a view of the whole island and seas. At the upper left corner of the plan, three terraces are completely renewed and fully exploited. The massive Indian Almond Tree protecting the house (the round, irregular figure in the upper left) fully shades one of them, hence it is always in the fresh breeze of the sea. All the others also have a great potential for outdoor living use. Terraces are in light blue in this plan and gardens in light green.
